Dayang Rosita Bte Haji Mohammad Ali Receives House Keys To A House Under The Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Housing Scheme

The construction of the assistance houses for the poor and destitute are meant to provide a house which is comfortable and clean thus creating a peaceful family living environment and further develop a harmonious society. This itself is one of the Yayasan’s effort to step up the living contentment and welfare of the citizens in Brunei Darussalam.
On the 17 Sya’aban 1431H / 29th Julai 2010, Dayang Rosita binti Haji Mohd Ali received a house under the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah housing scheme. Previously Dayang Rosita had dwelled in a small sanctuary together with her spouse and 4 children aged between 4 to 23 years old since her parent’s house were gutted by fire 10 years ago.
The cost of constructing Dayang Rosita’s house fetched around B$42,500.00 which comprised of 3 bedrooms, washroom, living room and kitchen. The house keys was officially presented to Dayang Rosita by Yang Mulia Awang Haji Mohd Hanafi bin Pehin Orang Kaya Digadong Seri Diraja Dato Laila Utama Haji Awang Abdul Rahman, a member of the Yayasan Board of Directors.
Present in the gathering was the Managing Director of Yayasan, Head Village of Kampong Mulaut, officers from the related government departments and from Yayasan as well.
