Presentation Of A House Under The Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Housing Scheme To Awang Haji Nudin Bin Jamadil

On Tuesday 25 Jamadilakhir 1431 Hijrah corresponding to 8th May 2010, a presentation of one assistance house under the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Housing Scheme was held at Kampong Putat, Mukim Lumapas. House recipient, Awang Haji Nudin bin Jamadil@Jamadin aged 70 years old lived only on his monthly senior citizen pension.
Cost of constructing the Yayasan’s assistance house was approximately B$31,000.00. Dr Awang Haji Affendy bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, a member of the Yayasan’s Board of Directors was present to handover the house keys to Awang Haji Nudin bin Jamadil@Jamadin.
Construction of houses to the needy is to provide a house which is comfortable and clean thus creating a peaceful family environment and further developed a harmonious society in Brunei Darussalam. At the same time it is also one of Yayasan’s effort in trying to enhance welfare and cordial lifestyle among citizens of Brunei Darussalam.
